Tone Bender is an Australian CD EP of the first two 7” singles on the Slumberland label. It is a tribute to My Bloody Valentine and their ilk. Tone Bender is named after an effects pedal, just be grateful it was not called Big Muff.
This sets the tone for a feedback and effects onslaught that is a tribute to their counterparts the otherside of the Atlantic. February Fourteenth is on of the most blatant tributes to My Bloody Valentine (clue in song title, what day is Valentines Day?). The only non album song is Eskimo which is a seven minute epic that does not drag at all.
